AQUACARE represents a major step forward in coolant technology in the area of extra resistance to bacterial degradation, superior cutting performance and greatly improved operator acceptance. The product range presently comprises four products which are all formulated largely from sustainable, vegetable based resources. The careful selection of these materials and resulting breakthrough in formulation and production techniques has produced a genuine new generation of coolant products with extraordinary capabilities and benefits. Aquacare G-30 is a Multi-functional semi-synthetic cutting fluid which produces a translucent micro emulsion when diluted in water and incorporates the latest non-staining performance additives to ensure complete multi-metal compatibility. is based upon synthetic and natural esters in order to provide excellent machining performance across a wide range of applications. Aquacare G-40 is a highly effective multi-functional mineral oil free metal cutting fluid, producing an opaque micro emulsion. The advanced biostable formulation provides for exceptional resistance to bacterial and fungal degradation giving a significantly longer and more trouble free sump life than conventional semi-synthetic coolants. Incorporating the latest non-staining performance additives, this product provides excellent machining performance across a wide range of applications together with excellent visibility and an extremely low foaming tendency allowing for use in the most arduous modern day machining centres. Aquacare G-60 is based upon similar technology to that described above, but with extra lubricity additives based upon a combination of natural and synthetic esters, largely derived from sustainable vegetable sources, giving increased cutting performance whilst still producing a translucent micro emulsion. Aquacare G-80represents the very highest machining performance of our range, and achieves this without the inclusion of chlorinated EP additives or mineral oil. It incorporates a high level of the latest non-staining performance additives based upon a technology of synthetic and natural esters, which are largely derived from sustainable vegetable sources. This product is designed as a severe duty metal cutting fluid for the most demanding applications, often carried out by neat cutting oils. It produces a milky white emulsion when diluted and is endowed with the highest degree of lubricity and extreme pressure capability for the most arduous of machining requirements in the aerospace and automotive sectors where high duty metals and alloys are employed.
