SERVICE PACKAGES
Because we are totally committed to providing the service expected and required by our customers, we are staffed and equipped to assume total responsibility for the supply, mixing, distribution and management of the coolants and associated handling equipment in order to maintain optimum productivity from your machine tools. Our approach to service is always based upon your individual requirements and is designed to optimise the efficiency and cost effectiveness of your operation, helping you to remain competitive in your own market area. We believe that we are unique in offering this level of service to small and medium sized operations, and whilst we are aware that some other coolant suppliers also claim to offer service.
Here is the difference! Many coolant suppliers will make occasional visits to their customers, check the dilution in a few machines with a refractometer, fill out a form and give it to the customer's staff to make all the required corrective actions - this is not what Braemar would regard as service.
This is Braemar Service! Our service personnel will call regularly to monitor and record the condition of coolant in all machines. This will typically involve checking for concentration, pH value, tramp oil levels, odour and appearance. The recorded results will then be discussed with your staff and corrective actions will be made by our own service personnel during the visit. In order to sample our service first hand, invite us to install a product trial on a single machine or cell and observe us and the product in action.
